Functional Movement

A 40 minute training session that utilizes functional and strength based movements mixed with low impact exercises to get your heart rate up. This session will increase your strength, quality of movement, mobility, and stamina. Perfect for those who want to challenge their strength, those who are new to strength based movements, and those who want to learn proper movement patterns.

  • Please book in this class at least an hour before the session starts.
  • The sooner the better as classes have been capped based on social distancing regulations
  • This is ESSENTIAL for our Covid tracking and management of class capacity/social distancing.
  • Sanitize your hands before and after entering the group training space.
  • Please arrive a few minutes before your class to ensure enough time to grab necessary weights/equipment. You may be asked to do this in turns by your instructor.
  • Please bring your own mat! If you don’t have one we will provide one.
  • Be sure to clean and sanitize the gym provided mat and equipment before and after use.
  • If you are feeling unwell please stay home.
